SERVICES FOR FILMMAKERS ACROSS SOUTHWEST ALASKA

Cinematographers have been coming back to KATMAI COASTAL BEAR TOURS for ten years to film brown bears in majestic wild settings. Clients include IMAX, BBC and United Productions - HTW, West.

John Rogers offers film makers a range of operation and wild subjects beyond the shores of Katmai National Park including Kodiak Island, the Alaska and Kenai Peninsulas and the Aleutian Islands. Over a landscape that includes snow-capped mountains, rugged coastlines, glaciers, ice fields, tundra and volcanoes they can provide access to film:

Marine mammals - sea otters, seals, walruses, whales
Sea birds - eagles, puffins, petrels, oyster catchers
Land mammals - wolves, caribou, wolverines

Bears will always remain a subject of special interest to us and we continue to expand our horizons to offer unique filming opportunities across Southwest Alaska:

bears interacting with foxes, wolves, eagles sea birds
ritualistic scratching ceremonies
protected nurseries
intertidal foraging on whales, small fish, clams
bears fishing in icy waters and snow-covered shores
